Thrive Through Change  is designed to help you make sense of what is going on for you in your life right now.  It will give you the understanding of why change can be stressful, guide you through what is going on, how you feel about it and how you can deal with it all in order to move forward positively.

Designed in two parts with a series of modules containing exercises, coaching questions and information to help you positively work through the change you are experiencing or wanting to make, Thrive Through Change will provide the difference.

So take the opportunity to focus on yourself – how you feel – and work through YOUR CHANGE to a positive outcome.

  • Part 1
    1 Your Foundation

    Part 1 will ensure you understand the impact that change can have on you, what your current reality is, how you are feeling and how you can successfully capture what direction you need to go in.  All of this is done in clear and bite sized chunks so you can successfully tackle change and deal with any potential negative impact. 

  • Part 2
    2 Striving forward with change

    Part two is designed to help you build on your foundation stones from part 1.  How to capture any learning and make the most of who you are.  Part 2 will help you to build on your strengths, boost your confidence and go forward with change - not just for this change but for what you may encounter going forward.
