As a busy working mother of 2 with over 12 years nutrition experience and a passion for food, I love helping people find the best foods and recipes for their bodies. I hate the word ‘diet’ and do not believe that anyone can happily sustain weight loss by dieting. However with the right knowledge and investment of time and energy in your own wellbeing you can achieve a healthy body on the inside and the outside.

Jenny is also a keen writer. She wrote her first book called ‘Not Just Sandwiches – 5 ways to improve your child’s lunchbox’ in 2012 and has since co-written another book called ‘Cool Recipes for Hot Women’. Her latest books will be out in 2018. She is also a regular contributor to the national press, BBC radio and TV currently including; Good Morning Britain; BBC News 24; Sky News; The Chrissy B Show; Men’s Health; The Mail; The Express and BBC Radio.
